We are seeking a driven Quality Coordinator to join a dynamic team within an innovative company that specializes in the distribution and support of scientific laboratory instruments. As a key player in the quality team, you will help ensure compliance, improve processes, and promote a strong culture of quality across the organization.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Implement and support the company’s quality policy.
  • Ensure process compliance with ISO standards and optimize quality procedures, including risk analysis and post-marketing vigilance.
  • Collaborate with teams to assess the impact of technical and organizational changes and take necessary quality-related actions.
  • Drive quality awareness through strong field presence and close collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • Train employees in quality assurance matters and lead internal and external audit programs.
  • Monitor regulatory changes in quality systems and medical device regulations.
  • Manage customer/supplier complaints, internal deficiencies, and non-conformities.
  • Serve as the backup contact for vigilance-related matters, including communication with authorities and distribution contract compliance.

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Bilingual in French or Dutch + English, with a working knowledge of the other national language
  • Proficiency in office tools (Windows, Excel, Word, and Outlook)
  • Ability to assess change requests pragmatically, in line with company needs
  • Willingness to learn relevant regulations and norms (e.g., ISO 9001)
