We have an exciting opportunity for an Inside Sales Account Manager based remotely in France.

In this role, you will be at the forefront of selling innovative products and services to laboratories and research institutions. You will engage with a diverse customer base including laboratory scientists, directors, principal investigators, and executives, building lasting relationships and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed sales goals for a portfolio of cutting-edge products by developing tactical plans to drive revenue.
  • Customer Engagement: Build strong, trust-based relationships with key customers through consultative selling. Increase customer satisfaction and enhance competitive advantage.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities through lead generation and prospecting. Take ownership of expanding business within existing accounts and generating new sales leads.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement effective sales strategies for your assigned territory, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs. Use this knowledge to inform business decisions and identify growth opportunities.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve company objectives. Actively maintain customer data in the CRM system to streamline sales activities and improve results.
  • Sales Execution: Utilize phone-based selling techniques to handle inbound inquiries, cold-call prospects, and convert leads into sales. Effectively address customer objections, present solutions, and negotiate terms.
  • Support Marketing Initiatives: Participate in trade shows, sales presentations, and customer training sessions. Assist in preparing proposals and responses to RFPs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • At least one year of proven B2B sales experience with a successful sales record.
  • Previous lab experience or familiarity with laboratory techniques, especially ELISA or immunoassays, is preferred.
  • Experience using CRM systems, with Salesforce being a plus.
