Head of Plant

We have partnered with a global oncology pharmaceutical company, looking to hire a Head of Plant, based in Taiwan. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing global organisation with a strong pipeline and a great team.

Role responsibilities:

The Head of Plant position has overall responsibility for multiple departments, whilst also being a hands-on role where you will often be present on the shop floor. You will manage three production departments and have ~8 direct reports with an overall team side of 275 people, with the potential to add 30 more to the team. You will also be responsible for upgrading the facility and bringing in new equipment over the year. This role will be on-site in Taiwan, relocation costs will be fully covered along with fantastic benefits.

What we are looking for:

• FDA and EMA inspection experience
• Previous experience managing large facilities
• OSD experience, Tablets, capsules, and soft gel experience is advantageous
• High-potency product experience
• Ideally, you will speak Chinese and English
