Role responsibilities:
As a Key Account Manager, you’ll play a critical role in driving growth across Eastern Europe, focusing on Poland and the Czech Republic. You’ll connect with potential clients, close deals, and nurture long-term relationships.
Collaborating with partners, you’ll embed the company’s solutions into their offerings and build strategic partnerships. From onboarding to lifecycle management, you’ll ensure clients experience the full value of your solutions.
Beyond sales, you’ll craft regional strategies, conduct market research, and shape the company’s approach to the region. This role is your opportunity to be at the forefront of innovation in healthcare, backed by a supportive team of clinical and technical experts.
What we are looking for:
We’re seeking someone with a passion for digital healthcare and improving patient outcomes. You should have a strong sales drive and an entrepreneurial mindset, eager to identify new opportunities and translate them into impactful results.
We’re looking for someone who is skilled at navigating the healthcare ecosystem—working with end users (e.g., physicians, pharmacists, nurses), their organizations (hospitals, pharmacies, municipalities), and IT providers (e.g., EHR/EMR, medication management systems).
While a background as a medical professional isn’t required, prior experience in medication management, clinical decision support, or digital healthcare solutions will give you an edge. Familiarity with the healthcare IT sector is essential.
