Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in gathering, organizing, and sharing critical business insights to drive UK sales and overall company success. Your responsibilities will include:
- Integrating input from various teams and external data to support long-term business forecasting.
- Assisting the Head of UK Sales in formulating pricing strategies.
- Analyzing market potential, competitor performance, and pricing dynamics.
- Monitoring key account and field sales performance metrics, including distribution, pricing, and productivity.
- Reporting initiative performance to the Commercial Management team, identifying opportunities, and challenges, and recommending action plans.
- Managing commercial scorecards and tracking essential performance indicators.
- Overseeing the UK scorecard process and delivering outputs for the commercial team.
- Ensuring a user-friendly and cost-effective CRM system through strong collaboration with the CRM provider.
- Partnering with the Head of UK Sales to enhance salesforce efficiency and impact.
- Supporting teams in forecasting future volumes, distribution, and value levels.
- Leading pricing strategy initiatives for the product portfolio in collaboration with the Head of UK Sales.
- Updating pricing and cost details in internal systems following established protocols.
- Managing drug tariff changes, ensuring timely updates to all related records and price lists.
- Administering pricing amendments, including maintaining centralized pricing spreadsheets.
- Enhancing competitor intelligence and sharing insights with the marketing manager.
- Working with Finance and Demand Planning teams to support both short- and long-term business planning.
- Overseeing projects aimed at improving commercial team business processes.
- Developing and implementing procedures to optimize system efficiency and evaluate effectiveness.
- Managing the hospital tender process.
What we’re looking for:
The ideal candidate will have a university degree in a relevant field and at least two years of industry experience.
