We are seeking a motivated Account Executive to manage and expand customer accounts in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). Key responsibilities:

  • Develop long-term, value-added customer relationships using relationship selling techniques. 
  • Understand clinical and economic trends in healthcare decision-making. 
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations and participate in various sales activities. 
  • Negotiate to maintain target price levels effectively. 
  • Manage customer information in CRM and provide accurate sales forecasts. 
  • Build a strong pipeline and manage sales opportunities at various stages. 
  • Introduce new technology platforms and products to key accounts and public laboratories. 
  • Provide regular updates to management on customer status and initiatives. 

Qualifications: 

  • Bac+5 in Biology/Health/Biotechnology or similar fields. 
  • Proven sales track record in clinical and/or laboratory markets. 
  • Knowledge of next-generation sequencing (NGS) and SaaS ecosystems. 
  • Fluency in English and German. 
  • Willingness to travel 50% within the DACH region.
