Key responsibilities:
- Develop long-term, value-added customer relationships using relationship selling techniques.
- Understand clinical and economic trends in healthcare decision-making.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and participate in various sales activities.
- Negotiate to maintain target price levels effectively.
- Manage customer information in CRM and provide accurate sales forecasts.
- Build a strong pipeline and manage sales opportunities at various stages.
- Introduce new technology platforms and products to key accounts and public laboratories.
- Provide regular updates to management on customer status and initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bac+5 in Biology/Health/Biotechnology or similar fields.
- Proven sales track record in clinical and/or laboratory markets.
- Knowledge of next-generation sequencing (NGS) and SaaS ecosystems.
- Fluency in English and German.
- Willingness to travel 50% within the DACH region.
